Mr & Mrs Blanding's Letter

Good morning!
Our apologies for not getting back to you sooner regarding the stair glide.
The chair is a huge asset to our quality of life. If Mr. Blanding's hands are full with other things, cane, or walker and a bottle of water, (for example) I can assist in getting him up and down the stairs by using one of the remotes that were installed. Two remotes installed on the walls, one upstairs and one downstairs.
Also, while using the remote I can have the chair returned to me. After placing the remote back in its proper place, I can now proceed up or down the stairs by using the toggle switch on the side of the chair.
We cannot thank Delaware’s TBI Fund and you, Ms. Rivard, enough for working with our daughter when getting the stair glide approved and installed in our home.
The vendor and the installer were both knowledgeable, and very friendly. We would highly recommend them for your future use.
Again, we would like to emphasize how grateful we are for the stair glide. Please accept our apologizes for our delay in getting back to you.
