Brain Injury Survivor Stories
This online form is provided to make it easier for Delawarean’s who incurred a traumatic brain injury (TBI) to share their personal stories and healing journey from the date of injury, search for services, changes in their everyday life that they had to deal with in new ways, their journey in accepting their “new normal,” to how they feel about their life’s journey at the time of sharing their story. If anyone is unable to use the online submission form there are other options for sharing your story. YES parent/family caregivers can share the story of their loved ones journey if the individual is unable to share it themselves.
