I want to sincerely thank the TBI Fund committee for allowing me access to the SPECT scan at the Amen Clinic. It was able to give me some answers and validation to what I've been going through this past year. I've attached documents that I received from the Amen Clinic as I know that there were some issues with some of my doctors receiving the information. I called and asked them to make sure that the information was shared with the TBI fund, but also wanted to attach them for you as well. I've also written out a letter detailing my visits with my doctors in regard to the SPECT scan results and my current treatment plans. Please let me know if there is any additional information that you would like or clarification of any parts of my letter.
